News from recent Kirk Session meeting: Kirk Session have reviewed the autumn schedule of morning services and have made the following alterations:
Harvest Sunday – Last Sunday in September (this year the 27th September)
Autumn Communion Sunday – First Sunday in October (this year 4th October)
“Shoe Box Sunday” – 2nd Sunday in October (this year 11th October)

Organisational Notices
PW (Presbyterian Women) next meet on Monday 2nd March 2015 at 8.00pm in the Burney Room for our Easter Programme – ALL LADIES WELCOME.
TIME OUT 4 U: will run again on Tuesday 3rd and 10th March. 10—11.15am. Please speak to Essie Brice for details.
The Walking Club will meet on Wednesday, 4th March at 9.30am in the Burney Room. We hope to walk at Holywood. All are welcome to join us.
THURSDAY TOGETHER: Jim Lyttle will be our guest speaker this week. Jim is no stranger to Thursday Together members as he visits in his capacity as Church Visitor. We are looking forward to his talk at 2.30pm in the Burney Room.

CHURCH MAGAZINE: At our recent meeting of Congregational Committee we discussed the possibility of some members receiving our Church Magazine by email in PDF format. If you wish to receive it in this way please put your name and email address on the list on the sign up desk.

Church Notices
WOMEN’S WORLD DAY OF PRAYER: The Women’s World Day of Prayer Service will be held this year at Glengormley Methodist Church, Ballyclare Road, at 10.30am on Friday morning 6th March. The evening Service takes place at St. Brigid’s Church of Ireland, Ballyclare Road at 8pm. Organist at evening service—Mr George Hewitt. Everyone welcome.
Woodvale Presbyterian Church: Annual Conference of Arab World Ministries will be held on Saturday 7th March in Woodvale Presbyterian Church from 9.30am to 12.55pm. Entitled ‘Streams in the Desert’, it is a timely conference on Islam and the Arab / Muslim world.
